As our Call Center Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving sales opportunity fostering company growth and solving customer needs. You will be at the forefront of our call center services disrupting traditional telecommunications and connectivity channels.

What Youll Do

At its core this role will focus on leadership management accountability coaching and collaboration within the call center team and crossdepartmentally.

You will lead a high volume high performing call center sales team to capture monthly revenue generation goals. The call center sales team is specifically tasked with calling on strategically selected customers to generate discovery meeting appointments with our Connected Services and Integrated Solutions sales teams.

Other responsibilities will include:
  • Marshal and instill the team vision message and story with reps partners and customers
  • Generate accountability through effective staff 1:1s pipeline reviews and adhoc conversations
  • Be a diligent student of leadership and sales leadership through the consumption of books blogs podcasts and more
  • Initiate and maintain true coaching/mentee relationships with reps to make them more effective in their roles and more successful in sales
  • Understand the commission plans forwards and backwards and mentor the team to follow the money while achieving quarterly goals
  • Spend time in the field with reps by actually running appointments or calls with them; Coach for improvements based on observations
  • Orchestrate organize and report on the team sales plan and funnel
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop manage enact and cascade the team go to market strategy sales message and plan
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to report progress to plan state of funnel
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to scrutinize revise and enact more efficient sales process and best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify gaps in current marketing material or new opportunities to market toward
  • Maintain accountability for employee job requirements success criteria policies and procedures fostering a culture of extreme ownership.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts increasing efficiency and accuracy across the team.
  • Plan and recruit to maintain necessary staffing levels to achieve company targets.

  • Exceptional Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading teams and motivating employees.
  • Education: High School diploma required. A fouryear degree in Business Sales Management or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 years in a sales leadership position. At least 3 years in a sales or consulting position (Call Center experience a HUGE plus; technology sales experience preferred; networking sales experience is a plus)
  • Tech Savviness: Passion for technology and a desire to stay informed about the latest advancements.
  • Organizational Wizardry: Proficiency in managing multiple strategies and initiatives concurrently.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to make critical decisions and devise organizational plans for success.

  • Technology Knowhow: Knowledge of Wireless Technology Networking and Telecommunications preferred.

Other Required Skills
  • Strong business email phone and communication etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficiency in CRM systems; Zoho experience a strong plus
  • Experience and efficacy in managing and reporting a sales pipeline
  • Experience in sales; experience selling technology and/or selling monthly recurring service contracts a strong plus
  • Experience coaching and leading an effective team of sellers

  • Able to engage in manual labor lifting of boxes moving equipment etc when needed
