Job Description

Restaurant Managers (Veterans / Veteran Families Preferred)

Full time direct hire positions. $5575k DOE



Talentry is looking for multiple experienced Restaurant Managers for a variety of locations:


The role is:

  • To oversee the Front and the Back of the House with respect to operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction while at the same time ensuring profitable operations.
  • This role will evaluate staff performance organize shifts work with vendors ensure health/safety/compliance and look for opportunities to improve the brand.
  • The manager will train new and current employees communicate policies and ensure change management.


Requirements

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant Manager GM or similar.

  • Ability to work 50 hours/week on a 5day work shift (with a max of 3 closings).
  • Proven leadership training and people skills.
  • Demonstrated customercentric history.
  • Familiar with restaurant management software (OpenTable etc.)
