Talentry is looking for multiple experienced Restaurant Managers for a variety of locations:
The role is:
- To oversee the Front and the Back of the House with respect to operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction while at the same time ensuring profitable operations.
- This role will evaluate staff performance organize shifts work with vendors ensure health/safety/compliance and look for opportunities to improve the brand.
- The manager will train new and current employees communicate policies and ensure change management.

Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant Manager GM or similar.
- Ability to work 50 hours/week on a 5day work shift (with a max of 3 closings).
- Proven leadership training and people skills.
- Demonstrated customercentric history.
- Familiar with restaurant management software (OpenTable etc.)
