Program Engineer - Onsite

• Serve as the primary onsite resource for addressing networkrelated issues.
  
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and troubleshoot networking problems promptly.
  
• Configure and maintain routers switches and other networking devices to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Implement and adhere to best practices for network security and stability.
  
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues hardware failures and performance bottlenecks.
  
• Collaborate with the support team to address escalated technical challenges.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations changes and troubleshooting procedures.
  
• Update network diagrams to reflect current configurations.
  
• Build positive relationships with clients through clear and effective communication.
  
• Provide regular updates on the status of networkrelated activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of networking concepts protocols and hardware.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
