We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Presales Consultant you will play a pivotal role in driving sales efforts by providing expert guidance technical knowledge and strategic insights to potential clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales and product development teams contributing to the growth and success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on technology solutions.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their unique business requirements and challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities and value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process from initial contact to postsales support.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate our solutions from competitors in the market.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers partners and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral including whitepapers case studies and solution documentation.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable insights and feedback based on client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions including IT security service management endpoints management and monitoring and
  • IT analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical
  • audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with prospective clients customers and internal stakeholders. Strong
  • analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
