This is a remote position.
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological landscape of our fintech startup. Your responsibilities include spearheading the development and execution of the overall technology strategy aligned with business goals. You will lead a talented tech team oversee the design and implementation of scalable and secure software solutions and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. API integrations cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives will be key aspects of your role.

- Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role in a fintech environment.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of tech professionals.
- Extensive experience working with API integrations and a deep understanding of related technologies.
- Prior work in the money transfer or BaaS sectors is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills conveying complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Bachelor s or advanced degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards in the fintech industry.
- Proven ability to scale technology infrastructure to support rapid business growth.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing fintech operations.
- Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within a tech organization.
- Collaborative and inclusive leadership style fostering a positive and innovative work culture.
