We are an extremely fastgrowing wholesale real estate investment company. We are fulltime property investors in North Carolina currently but in the process of scaling to other markets. Last year we did 50 transactions with 1M in revenue and this year we are projected to complete 100 transactions and 2.5M in revenue. The
fiveyear vision for the company is to be at 1000 transactions per year and be in

This contracted position offers great potential for income but more importantly growth within the company as we scale but also as a person. This position offers base pay plus commission structure exciting times!
JOB SUMMARY
We are in search of a remote Junior Operations Manager in the Charlotte/Raleigh area who will focus on monitoring and improving operations by bringing improved tracking nurturing relationships and providing support to the CEO in all facets of the organization. This position will be fluid evolving and challenging for the right candidate. This is a hightouch gogetter focused role.

Normal 85 business hours; may require additional hours during the week weekends
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage company systems and maintain existing procedures; keep CRM tasks moving smoothly
Managing CEOs calendar and their daytoday tasks
Reviewing SOPs and other related real estate documents
Implement new company initiatives and maintain existing processes and procedures
Build implement and manage all systems
Operate as the owners eyes and ears in the organization with an entrepreneurial approach
Realtor outreach and nurturing relationships with other investment companies
QUALIFICATIONS
13 years of operations management experience or equivalent duties
13 years of real estate experiencerequired
12 years of supervisory skills/leading a team preferred
Bachelors degree optional
After training and orientation must have the ability to take firm ownership of the responsibilities and work somewhat autonomously while making decisions with the CEO
Operates with integrity and excellence

Intermediate level Microsoft Office/Excel skills

Pay: $72000.00 $85000.00 per year (OTE Base plus Bonus)
Schedule:
8 hour shift (8am to 5pm EST)
Monday to Friday occasional weekends
Work Location: Remote but based in Charlotte/Raleigh area
