JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly energetic tenacious resilient and strong communicator to join our team as a Dispositions Manager. This is a REMOTE position but you must be based around the Greensboro area as there is possible travel required to meet sellers for last minute priorities. In this role there will be an emphasis on the negotiation and sale of properties held and controlled by our company. You must be comfortable with numbers and math. You will deal with equity percentages interest rates and down payments on a day to day basis to fully understand what makes a good deal. Your main goal will be to sell properties to an end buyer. You will be the first point of contact building rapport and relationships with individuals that requires an outgoing and persuasive communication style; what we refer to as the art of talking to customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and build relationships with buyers on a regular and consistent basis
  • Market our available properties utilizing online and offline marketing strategies
  • Willing to get on the phone with buyers including consistent followup
  • Schedule and conduct property showings
  • Generate and close your assigned leads and contracts in a timely manner
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and act as lead contact for buyers
  • Communicate with real estate agents and any relevant third parties as needed
  • Receive and review buyers/investor purchase contracts
  • Negotiate with buyers on properties and overcome price objections and sell companys assets
  • Network with new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow our existing buyers list
  • Use the CRM daily to add update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Maintain regular reporting against KPIs and goals
  • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record of success in sales hitting KPIs/goals negotiations and closing sales should be itching to make and close deals!
  • Fast and reliable internet access 150mbps download speed
  • Enthusiastic about your work and providing the best possible customer service for clients and customers
  • Excellent writing grammar and verbal communication skills over the phone inperson and via email
  • Great people skills and adaptive to all personality types
