This is a remote position.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and employee recruitment with a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. This role will include overseeing hiring employee orientations and training benefits administration payroll compensation rewards and managing KPIdriven performance reviews. We re eager to find a human resources manager who connects easily with people and has a detailoriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all recruitment efforts including creating job descriptions holding interviews and completing background checks.
  • Onboard employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Oversee Company KPI reporting system and coordinate performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures.
  • Manage and create highquality training manuals while keeping them up to date.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures.
  • Manage multistate payroll
  • Maintain employee benefits programs compensation health insurance expense reimbursement and time off.
  • Assist managers with coaching and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing updating and recommending humanresources policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations.


Requirements

Required skills and qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience in human resources and employee recruitment.

  • Experience handling multistate payroll.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset.

  • Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.

  • Familiarity with KPI reporting software.

Preferred skills and qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management

  • Experience working with Gusto

  • Experience working with an ISP preferred but not required.



Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related eld (or equivalent work experience). A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development. Strong pro ciency in Laravel, Ruby and PHP. Strong knowledge of database technology, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with API development and integration. Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
