The Commercial Director is responsible for planning directing controlling and promoting strategies within the Packaging/Containers Market across various market segments. The role aims to maintain and increase product sales maximize business profitability and ensure a sustainable business relationship with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferably in Industrial Engineering Business Administration Economics or related field.
- MBA desired.
- 15 years of experience in sales marketing customer service business development and project management preferably in packaging or consumer goods.
- At least 3 years of experience in managerial positions leading commercial areas.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define business strategy in alignment with the local committee and regional/global company strategy.
- Develop and lead medium to longterm sales and marketing strategies pricing policies portfolio segmentation margins/recovery collections optimization and production/support planning activities.
- Maintain and develop commercial relationships with existing and potential clients ensuring differential service negotiating and managing contracts.
- Monitor the market continuously to address the real and/or potential demand for products identifying new business opportunities.
- Define and develop medium to longterm project and new product innovation strategy as well as control and monitoring to ensure the companys longterm profitable growth business continuity and maximize profitability.
- Develop a highperformance team focused on results and customer service to ensure talent growth within the function.
- Comply with good manufacturing practices safety health hygiene and workplace environment standards as well as Quality and Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
