The Laboratory Manager will oversee the daytoday operations of the laboratory ensuring the timely and accurate execution of testing procedures. Responsibilities include managing a team of laboratory technicians implementing quality control processes and collaborating with other departments to meet production and quality goals.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a laboratory environment.
Leadership experience in managing laboratory teams.
Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
