Job Role: This role is responsible for aftersales service Technicians (ITI/Diploma Technicians)
Daily Job Responsibilities:
- Generate service revenue for the Company of Annual Maintenance Contracts.
- Assure accuracy and appropriateness of Annual Maintenance Contract documentation and attachments.
- Setup new Annual Maintenance Contracts; terminate expired Annual Maintenance Contracts and general maintenance of active contracts.
- Maintain excellent relations with the customers and maintain close communications and coordination with principal team representatives
- Independently troubleshoot and solve technical problems and service issues at customer site
- The job demands Field Work Travel and Customer contact.
Working Days and Timings: Monday to Saturday & normal office timing from 9:15 am to 6:00 pm.
Requirements
- Education Requirement: ITI / Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
- Key Skills: Maintenance of UPS Battery Inverter Customer Service Client Relation Supervision
- Experience Requirement: 2 years and Above
