Responsibilities

• Generate regular HR metrics reports highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  

• Contribute to workforce planning by forecasting staffing needs and identifying skills gaps.
  

• Optimize timely talent acquisition processes based on datadriven insights.
  

• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  

• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  

• Conduct indepth data analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and insights.
  

• Analyze training needs assess the effectiveness of programs and recommend enhancements.
  

• Administer and analyze employee engagement surveys to measure satisfaction and propose improvements.
  

• Monitor HR practices for compliance with relevant laws and regulations providing insights for improvements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Statistics or related field.
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analysis data analytics or a related role.
  

• Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation with a strong attention to detail.
  

• Advanced proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and presentation.
  

• Ability to collaborate with HR teams crossfunctional teams and key stakeholders.
  

• Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on HR trends and analytics methodologies.
