JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Location: Noida India
  • Employment: Full Time


Roles & Responsibilities:


Office Administration:

  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment.
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs.
  • Partner with Business and HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Ensure peak operations for the organization and implement preventive measures for potential issues.
  • Manage contract and invoices for office vendors service providers and office lease.
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues and travel.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors including cleaning catering and security services.
  • Plan inhouse or offsite activities like parties celebrations and conferences.
  • Manage office pantry and security staffs.


Travel Management India and Abroad


  • Manage the National and Global travels which include Airline tickets hotels and transportation for employees.
  • Responsible for running quality and costeffective travel under company travel policy and guidelines.
  • Maintain travel vendor relationships and programs where required (agency online booking air hotel car rental and other travel related services).
  • Managing and processing all travelrelated documentation including payments itineraries visas medical and legal forms.


Required Skills:


  • Proven experience in Travel Management Office Operations and Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
