The Commercial SubDirector will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. MBA desired. 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development, and project management, preferably in packaging or consumer goods. At least 3 years of experience in managerial positions leading commercial areas. Roles & Responsibilities: Define business strategy in alignment with the local committee and regional/global company strategy. Develop and lead medium to long-term sales and marketing strategies, pricing policies, portfolio segmentation, margins/recovery, collections, optimization, and production/support planning activities. Maintain and develop commercial relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring differential service, negotiating and managing contracts. Monitor the market continuously to address the real and/or potential demand for products, identifying new business opportunities. Define and develop medium to long-term project and new product innovation strategy, as well as control and monitoring, to ensure the company's long-term profitable growth, business continuity, and maximize profitability. Develop a high-performance team focused on results and customer service to ensure talent growth within the function. Comply with good manufacturing practices, safety, health, hygiene, and workplace environment standards, as well as Quality and Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
