Job Description
The Plant Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the manufacturing plant in TEPOZ. This includes production planning quality control safety compliance and process optimization. The role involves leading a team of professionals to ensure the plants efficiency productivity and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field.
Proven experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing operational costs.
Knowledge of quality and safety standards in food production.
Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
