Job Description
The Director de Planta Monterrey will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the manufacturing plant in Monterrey for Jugos del Valle. This includes overseeing production quality control safety compliance and process optimization. The role involves leading a team to ensure the plants efficiency productivity and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field.
Demonstrated success in optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing operational costs.
Indepth knowledge of quality and safety standards in food production.
Proven leadership and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
