This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues assisting with system integrations and collaborating with IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing systems. The role also involves providing training to endusers on new technologies and processes.
Requirements
1. Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
3. Knowledge of ERP systems used in manufacturing environments.
4. Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
7. Understanding of ITIL principles is a plus.
