The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the information technology functions within Emprendamos Fin. This role involves managing IT infrastructure ensuring data security and collaborating with other departments to meet technology needs. The IT Manager will lead a team of IT professionals and work on implementing and maintaining IT solutions aligned with the organizations goals.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
2. Proven experience in the financial services industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Indepth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
5. Familiarity with IT security measures and best practices.
6. Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus). Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
