The Spa Therapist is a vital member of our wellness team responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and experiences to guests. This role demands a skilled and customerfocused therapist who is dedicated to promoting relaxation rejuvenation and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Spa Treatments:

   • Provide a range of spa treatments including massages facials body wraps and other therapies based on guest preferences and specific requirements.

   • Customize treatments to meet individual needs ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience.

2. Customer Service:

   • Welcome guests warmly conduct thorough consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on their preferences and any existing health conditions.

   • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism and empathy.

3. Hygiene and Sanitation:

   • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms including the setup and sanitization of equipment and linens.

   • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and staff.

4. Product Knowledge:

   • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of spa products their benefits and ingredients and recommend retail products for athome care as appropriate.

   • Keep abreast of industry trends new treatments and products to enhance the spa menu and guest experience.

5. Administration and Documentation:

   • Accurately record guest information treatment details and any relevant health considerations in the spa's booking system.

   • Prepare treatment rooms ensuring that all necessary supplies and amenities are readily available for each appointment.

6. Sales and Retail:

   • Promote spa services and retail products to guests explaining their benefits and how they complement the spa experience.

   • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue generation through retail sales and upselling of spa services.

7. Team Collaboration:

   • Work closely with other spa therapists and staff to ensure a seamless and harmonious guest experience.

   • Participate in team meetings training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certified or licensed as a Spa Therapist by a recognized accrediting body.

• years of experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury spa or wellness center.

• Strong knowledge of various spa treatments products and industry trends.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest wellbeing.
