Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Night Manager in overseeing the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift
• Ensure that all guest needs and requests are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle guest checkins and checkouts during the night shift
• Manage and resolve any guest complaints or issues that may arise
• Monitor and maintain hotel security during the night shift
• Assist with training and supervising night shift staff
• Prepare and distribute reports for management
• Handle any emergencies or incidents that may occur during the night
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work night shifts weekends and holidays

Desired Experience:

• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems
• Understanding of safety and security measures
