Amazing opportunity for a Front Office Manager

An opportunity awaits for a Front Office Manager to join our amiable Front Office team. Reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager you will lead and support an exceptional team to ensure a cordial and efficient reception for each guest's stay.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing the Front Desk's planning and operations.

  • Crafting implementing and training on SOP's and Standards.

  • Ensuring seamless arrival and departure procedures for an enriching guest experience.

  • Efficiently handling reservations calls offering a superior level of guest care.

  • Participation in meetings such as Morning Stand Up and the weekly Head of Department gathering.

  • Upholding an elevated level of customer service within the department.

  • Supervising room assignments while collaborating with Accommodation for timely readiness.

  • Skillfully promoting hotel amenities to enhance guest experience.

  • Championing the Hotel its facilities and local activities for all patrons.

  • Maintaining organized filing and administration within the department.

  • Assisting in the recruitment and training of new team members.

Qualifications and experience necessary for the role:

  • Essential prior experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager.

  • Proficiency in Front Office Systems preferably Opera is a must.

  • Strong command of both spoken and written English.

  • Previous involvement with a property of similar scale.

  • Exceptional interpersonal capabilities.

  • Strong organizational and communication proficiencies.
