Job Description
- Schedule and conduct programs, classes, workshops and other presentations for youth, families, and other adult groups.
- Develop orientated resources and programs that highlight the stories and objects of the Mathaf.
- Develop written plans for various projects
- Plan and direct all programming initiatives for the museum’s indoor and outdoor play areas.
- Identify and liaise with community groups in efforts to create partnership working with Mathaf.
- Create monthly a report of programs and attendance
- Report on end of year spending for all public program’s projects.
- Write and submit regular evaluation reports on all family and outreach projects
- Data entry and database administration for audience contacts
- Overseeing booking systems, visitor responses and public interaction
- Preparation of materials and logistics in advance of programs
- Research on audience, and community contacts
- Support of Educators and freelance teaching staff in program delivery
