Civil Engineer Facilities

• Should be familiar with local Authorities and regulations (Building permits, Building Completion Certificate hand over process etc.) • Must be conversant with multiple core activities performed as a part of Facilities Management. • Should have ability to assess the risks and perform/ influence decisions related to FM. • Should have ability to liaise with Governmental authorities for and on behalf of Barwa • Should have ability to receive and respond to executive management instructions and delegate work, set clear direction to the employees. • Should have excellent communications skills with tact and patience (verbal as well as written) for dealing with Employees of all grades as well as with Local Authorities • Should have capacity to respond to emergency situations by performing the duties assigned in compliance with company procedures as well as government regulations. • Should have ability to lead team multicultural employees. • Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
