About the Role:
As a SailPoint Consultant you will be expected to contribute to the delivery of SailPoint Projects to our clients professionally.
We are looking for professionals with 4 to 5 years of experience for our Identity and Access Management Practice (IAM). Candidates should be self-starters with a track record of problem-solving, excellent communication, and participation in a diverse range of projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Management and delivery of client engagements while ensuring quality and value addition
Training entry-level professionals in understanding IAM concepts
Serve as an escalation point for project services and incidents
Collaborate with other leads to support implementation of secure IAM solutions
Collaborate on the delivery of multiple IAM-related projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, Agile environment, ensuring that new functionalities and integrations satisfy the business need
Design, deploy, implement and integrate SailPoint with critical applications and infrastructure
Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to address effectively and solve customer challenges
Perform hands-on troubleshooting, implementation, and setup of the technical infrastructure
Assist Business Analysts with documentation of detailed functional and technical requirements
Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenance activities
Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scripts
Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts
Provide timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the development and execution of the consulting work plan and client deliverables
Experience with SailPoint implementations, preferably in a consultant role with client exposure, in complex and diverse customer environments 4-5 years of proven experience in the relevant domain
Have a good understanding of IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA platforms as well
Ability to adapt to new technologies/tools as per business requirements
Proficient in any programming/scripting languages will be an added advantage (Python, Java, PowerShell)
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
Any accreditation for Identity tools is a plus
Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, communicate the requirements and design directly with customers and maintain a positive attitude
Ready to quickly learn upcoming IDM tools
