- Acquire an indepth understanding of the subject matter Business finance Personal finance Investments Insurance & Loan products
- Display a passion for explaining financial literacy terms in simple words
- Develop and design curriculum content for financial literacy courses including learning flow interactives and followup activities for adult learners
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that curriculum content is accurate relevant and uptodate
- Any UG/PG degree (Commerce Finance Economics would be beneficial)
- Minimum of years of experience developing content in the field of financial literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
