- Acquire an indepth understanding of the subject matter Leadership Emotional
- Intelligence People skills Project management and Change management
- Display a passion for explaining management concepts in simple words
- Develop and design curriculum content for corporate training courses including learning flow interactives and followup activities for adult learners
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that curriculum content is accurate relevant and up to date
- Any UG/PG degree (English Commerce Management Social Science Psychology Mass Communication Journalism or related fields will be beneficial)
- Minimum of years of experience developing content in the field of people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
