Develop and design curriculum content for corporate training courses including learning flow interactives and followup activities
Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to ensure that curriculum content is accurate relevant and up todate
Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for adult learners
Continuously review and evaluate curriculum content to ensure it aligns with the latest industry standards and best practices
Create and maintain documentation such as course syllabi and instructor guides to support the implementation of the curriculum
Requirements Any UG/PG degree ( English Commerce Management Social Science Psychology Mass Communication Journalism or related fields will be beneficial)
Minimum of years of experience developing people skills curriculum content in the field of people skills
Strong understanding of Leadership Emotional Intelligence People skills Project management Change Management and the ability to explain them in clear bite size chunks
Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and experience utilizing various teaching and learning strategies
Experience with curriculum development tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Additional Qualifications
Certifications in instructional design curriculum development project management humancentered design and contentspecific certifications as appropriate
Knowledge in Storyboarding and publishing skills
Ability to work in agile methodology
Advanced skill in MS Excel and Power point
Design tools like Canva Pixton Figma Adobe
