We are a digital marketing / software development company seeking an executive assistant to join our team. We are a fast-paced, ambitious company with a continually evolving set of exciting projects and the desire to continue innovating in the digital marketing space. Job Description The candidate should be available for occasional meetings. We are looking for an executive assistant that is familiar with digital marketing and human resources. Tasks Include: - Marketing Business Analyst with experience - building and updating KPIs - Basic writing projects and email composition - MUST be able to write in a professional manner - Internet research - project/product management relating to digital marketing and software development - Knowledge of HR tasks, ability to post jobs, find talent in the IT space, interview and hire. - knowledge of Asana and/or Jira
