Key Performance Objectives

First days Implementation Roll out the new recruitment framework across all departments within six months with clear guidelines and training for all hiring managers and the recruitment team

nd month Measurement and Refinement Establish metrics for success including quality of hire speedtotalent and recruiter development Use these metrics to refine the recruitment process continually

rd month Leadership and Team Development Develop the recruitment team into career coaches who can guide candidates in understanding and integrating into the clients organizational culture and objectives

th month onwards Cultural Integration The framework should not only attract talent but also ensure new hires are integrated into RWMs culture contributing to a % or higher retention rate after the first year of employment

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management operations sales or talent acquisition preferably in roles involving performancebased hiring or leadership Demonstrated leadership experience and a track record of team development Proficiency in HR technology and software for talent management (preferred)
