Reporting to Manager People & Culture

Designation to be offered Executive

Base office location Gurgaon

Desired relevant experience years

Desired education qualification MBA in Human Resources from tier I/ tier II college

Primary responsibilities

        Support the interventions related to onboarding and reward & recognition programmes to provide an exceptional employee experience

        Drive completion of onboarding and induction feedback through surveys focused group discussions and stakeholder connects

        Plan track and ensure availability of new joiner welcome kits across locations in a timely and accurate manner as per the programme framework

        Track analyse and present KPIs related to onboarding initiatives such as welcome kit distribution connects buddy allocation new joiner connects induction participation and feedback survey completion

        Action on award nomination requests on a daily basis/ as per the defined TAT

        Support the implementation of felicitation programs/ firmwide contests and track compliance across locations

        Liaise with vendor and Finance teams for invoice processing and service agreement compliance

        Track and monitor the usage of reward vouchers and digital platform

        Strong in data handling planning and execution

        Vendor management
