As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our clients Your primary responsibility will be to oversee both presales and postsales activities ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services and fostering longterm client satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs
Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements
Act as a key point of contact for clients during the presales phase addressing queries and providing detailed information about our IT services
Work closely with the technical team to ensure alignment between client expectations and service offerings
Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase our capabilities and solutions
PostSales
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring effective communication and understanding of client expectations
Oversee project delivery timelines and budgets ensuring successful execution of IT services
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional services to existing clients
Address client concerns and issues promptly working with the support team to resolve any challenges
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Stay abreast of industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to provide strategic insights
Strong understanding of IT services solutions and industry trends
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
Solid organizational and project management abilities
