EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Essential Qualifications/Experience
Nationally recognized/certified university qualification on computer science / programming
Or exceptionally the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidates particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency that is at least years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post
Valid security clearance at minimum NATO SECRET level
Excellent knowledge of SharePoint SharePoint Designer and SharePoint related applications
Experience in handling satellite data (eg TLEs)
Experience in handling multisource information datasets
Knowledge of Space systems and applications
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Experience in NATO operational exercises
Experience in NATO interoperability exercises
Experience to work on SharePoint in close environments
Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization
Desirable Qualifications/Experience
Knowledge of
NATO Space stakeholders and their responsibilities
Other programming languages (eg python C HTML etc)
NATO Functional Area Services
NATO Communication and Information Systems Infrastructure
Microsoft Word Visio PowerPoint
Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
DUTIES/ROLE
Create and customize pages applications and functionalities in different versions of SharePoint
Create and customize workflows in SharePoint
Create in SharePoint filters and search features to visualize different information based on databases and MS Excel spreadsheets
Integrate and visualize different sources of information in SharePoint pages
Develop dashboards and filters
Import information from opensource and MS Excel
Manipulate and handle data on MS Excel
Support multidisciplinary teams and technical and operational stakeholders
Participate in technical and operational meetings offering advice and seeking solutions
Support NATO in the development of recommendations for updates to current services
Participate in high level meetings and brief technical solutions
Participate in education and training initiatives (eg operational exercises interoperability exercises etc)
Educating personnel (civ and mil) to use applications and tools related to the Space Domain
Able to receive and execute tasking in accordance with direction from NCI Agency engineers/scientists
Provide meaningful input to envisioning IT solutions that fit best NATO requirements
