An experienced Room Leader supporting the Pre-School room is needed in our clients busy Nursery in Winnersh, on great transport links, they are offering a salary c 25,500 plus, depending on experience, covering shifts on 40 hours a week. Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
