Senior Transcreator

About the Job

• As a Transcreator you will be responsible for adapting and creatively translating content from the source language to the target language while ensuring that the message tone and style of the original content are effectively conveyed You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including copywriters marketers and designers to produce localized content that resonates with the target audience

Job Responsibilities 

• Transcreate a wide range of content including marketing materials advertisements slogans product descriptions website content social media campaigns and other creative assets
  
• Understand the cultural and linguistic nuances of both the source and target languages to effectively adapt the content for the target audience
  
• Collaborate with copywriters marketers and designers to ensure the transcreated content aligns with the brands messaging and objectives
  
• Conduct research and stay updated on cultural trends market preferences and target audience characteristics to inform your transcreation process
  
• Proofread and edit transcreated content to ensure accuracy fluency and adherence to the brands guidelines
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously adhere to deadlines and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of transcreated content
  
• Provide feedback and insights to crossfunctional teams to optimize the transcreation process and improve the effectiveness of localized content
  
• Maintain a consistent and highquality output while adapting to evolving client requirements and industry standards

Job Requirements 
 

• BSc in Languages and Translation or a related field
• years experience as a Transcreator or in a similar role preferably in a marketing or advertising context
• Strong creative writing and copywriting skills with the ability to adapt content while maintaining the intended message tone and style
• Good knowledge of marketing and branding principles and the ability to effectively convey brand messaging in the target language
• Familiarity with localization tools and software is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong proofreading and editing skills
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to adapt content to diverse target audiences
