Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our inhouse team of dedicated professionals As a Staff Nurse you will play a crucial role in delivering highquality care and rehabilitation services to our residents The role involves a mix of day and night shifts to ensure comprehensive support for our residents throughout their journey
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personcentered care with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery
- Collaborate with a team of Registered Nurses trained Health Care Assistants and Life Skills Facilitators to deliver holistic care
- Encourage selfdevelopment selfconfidence and improved emotional wellbeing among residents
- Implement and oversee care plans ensuring individualized support for each resident
- Monitor and assess residents health responding to their evolving needs
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a supportive and empowering environment
Qualifications and Skills
- Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for personcentered care and rehabilitation
