Human Resources Product Manager I- Temp to perm - Local Candidates only

HR Product Owner Docebo LMS- Onsite
Monday - Friday 8 hours

We are seeking an experienced Learning Product Owner with hands-on expertise in the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS). In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and enhancement of our Learning Management System, ensuring a seamless experience for all users. You will serve as an internal subject matter expert within HR Digital Associate Experience team regarding our Docebo LMS and will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our technology solutions are appropriate, aligned with the needs of our business/Associates, and achieve measurable impact. You will be adamant about the experience and maintain a user-centered focus.

Job Duties

  • Lead the configuration, administration, and ongoing management of our Docebo LMS.
  • Stay updated with the latest Docebo features and updates, ensuring our organization leverages its full potential.
  • Manage all aspects of the technology project lifecycle.
  • Assess the effectiveness of existing and proposed technology solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience for all learners.
  • Gather feedback to constantly refine and improve LMS functionality.
  • Play an active role in creating measurement and reporting program; provide ongoing reports to team; ongoing improvement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of technology industry trends and best practices and how it impacts our technology.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in e-learning and incorporate best practices into our LMS.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance, automate, and integrate with internal platforms and partner with internal groups accordingly.
  • Customer service - provide feedback to queries or direct as applicable.
  • Provide digital support to communication campaigns and other efforts.
  • Be a leader and active contributor to HR Tech community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology or similar from an accredited university or college, or a minimum of 3 years in digital product management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital domains (Including demonstratable digital acumen; Experience building and maintaining web applications and platforms, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; Experience with web technologies, learning / content management systems, multimedia / authoring tools, and assessment/evaluation tools; Experience evaluating learning technologies and performing research/development in the field of learning; Vendor management experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Docebo is a must.
  • Experience in vendor contract negotiations and management.
  • You possess strong consulting skills and the ability to quickly assess situations, identify gaps and present possible solutions as a thought leader.
  • Ability to create key technical documentation (i.e. Step-by-Step / User-Guides, Knowledge Articles, FAQ's, etc.)
  • Experience in highly matrixed environment desirable.
  • Proven track record of establishing relationships and experience being a strategic partner.
  • Proven desire for self-development to keep current with a continuously changing technical landscape.
  • Process excellence certifications a plus (LEAN, Six Sigma, Agile etc.)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills; strong project management skills.
  • Eye for the "now" and "next," desire to try discovering new technologies and their application.
