Senior Business Analyst with e Track experience

Coordinate day-to-day operation of energy efficiency programs, including tracking, forecasting, and updating customer information records, and resolving customer issues.
Lead business requirements gathering workshops and document business requirements.
Analyze current business processes and document AS-IS business process flows.
Work with business stakeholders in developing TO-BE business process flows.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Assist in developing business cases, project plans, and estimates.
Research and develop emerging technologies, develop business cases and create pilot projects to test out new customer products and services prior to mass deployment.
Design and implement Clean Energy Future software solutions.
Utilize domain specific knowledge to work with business stakeholders to identify, specify and analyze business requirements and processes.
Lead the effort to select IT Vendors to execute energy efficiency projects.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience working with utility energy efficiency projects.
Experience with Tracking system, eTrack and configurations.
2+ years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
2+ years of business process modeling experience.
Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field i.e. Science, Technology, Engineering or Math or relevant experience.
