Job Summary

We're seeking a Principal Advisor in Resource Geology to spearhead our team of geoscientific experts. Your role will focus on integrating and evaluating geological, structural, and geophysical data from various sources. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the geological and structural understanding of our mineral resources, contributing to the success of current and future mine developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate geostructural models and Mineral Resource estimates.
  • Ensure secure data storage and management, aligning with industry standards.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in computer modeling software and hardware.
  • Provide expert guidance in surface and underground geological and structural mapping.
  • Foster strong connections with teams involved in geological and geotechnical data collection.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports and presentations, contributing as a Competent Person for Mineral Resources.

Requirements:

  • Permanent relocation to Superior, AZ.
  • Commitment to safety.
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geography, GIS, or related fields.
  • 10+ years in applied geology, modeling, and resource estimation.
  • Proven leadership in technical teams within the exploration or geological evaluation sector.
  • Expertise in 3-D wireframe modeling and resource estimation, preferably in porphyry Cu deposits.
  • Experience in underground mine geology and technical studies.
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Master's degree (preferred).
  • Familiarity with MSHA and OSHA regulations.
