Job Description
We are currently Hiring for our client based in Co. Down. They are looking for a Catering manager which involves some hands on cooking too! Based in Kilkeel, our client is also willing to fund a travel allowance or provide accommodation.

- to manage and monitor the kitchen operations and manager budget
- to develop and improve food quality and hygiene standards
- support the chef with food prep, cooking and presentation
Level 3 food safety and level 3 supervising health and safety desirable or equivalent within 6 months of starting date
2-3 years management in a hospitality environment
Hourly rate 16.50
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 32,000.00- 34,000.00 per year
