Database Developer - Vista Viewpoint

This role is full remote - work from home.

Required Skills -Vista database; Viewpoint ERP; T-SQL; data management; SQL permissions; data modeling

Job Duties -In this role, you will:
> Perform requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation functions
> Develop scripts, procedures and triggers for legacy ERP conversions and data migrations
> Create or modify database objects such as views, functions, stored procedures and triggers
> Writing optimized queries for integrations with other applications
> In?depth understanding of data management including SQL permissions, security, monitoring and data modeling
> Coordinate with the Development Manager and System Administrators to maintain stable and reliable databases
> Work with developer team to establish best practices for database storage and organization
> Respond to support requests for bugs & issues reported
> Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future database products and services

Job Requirements -A top candidate will have the following qualifications:
> 3+ years of demonstrated work experience as a Database Developer
> Extensive experience writing code in T?SQL
> Experience with Viewpoint Vista database required
> In?depth understanding of data management including SQL permissions, security, monitoring and data modeling
> Bachelor's degree in management information systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related discipline

Desired Skills & Experience -> Experience with other construction ERP databases (SAP, JDE, Sage, Spectrum, CMiC) - NOTE: does not negate the required experience with Vista Viewpoint
> Heavy construction related experience
