We are looking for a well experienced Facility Manager with strong FM Consultancy experience within the MENA region on behalf of our client, a leading consultant in the UAE. Within this role you will be required to lead a range of Technical FM consultancy activities, supporting client relations and Business Development processes.
Youll be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting FM consultancy projects, including being primary point of contact for clients, managing and delivering a range of FM consulting projects
- Managing relationships and ensure growth within accounts and expansion
- Ensuring Financial Management of the projects - staff allocation, invoicing, budgeting, issues identification and mitigation, project reporting - external and internal presentations
- Supporting / managing / delivering Bids development, compilation of fees and bid presentations
- Deliver critical FM strategies & FM frameworks
- Develop Policies and procedures, FM diagnostics and cost modelling
- Oversee FM bench marking and Life cycle cost analysis
- Engage and support / oversee consultants team to ensure they are fully trained, managed and appraised, to maintain professional standards
Requirements
Education, Skills and Experience:
- A certification in IFMA or RICS is preferred but not essential
- Min 8 years of MENA experience within an FM Consultancy
- Experience in handling a team
- Must have strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills and excellent at building client relations
