Role and Responsibilities:
As an Office Administrator, youll play an integral role in maintaining the high standards and innovative spirit that define One Space. Your diverse responsibilities will include:
- Process orders, job sheets, and manage modifications.
- Assist with scheduling for works, requesting site access.
- Book jobs into our systems and facilitate accommodation requests.
- Create and maintain up-to-date customer files.
- Compile site files and site boards.
- Assist with creating of documentation for handover of projects, including O&M manuals and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Manage supplies, including supplier deliveries and collections.
- Raise supplier purchase orders and support invoicing to maintain operational efficiency.
- Actively contribute to the Operations team, adapt to change, and uphold company standards.
- Promote and embody the values of Johnsons and adhere to required conduct standards.
- Respond to reasonable business needs and requests.
