Are you level 2 or above qualified and looking for a new challenge in the Banbury area, our client is looking for passionate team players for their lovely nursery. Great salary is offered c 25k depending on experience and qualifications. and mega benefits with this provider.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 1 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Can inspire, energise and support others
A genuine passion to make a difference
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
