Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements

Knowledge of compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Experience and Knowledge of Escalation of Health & Safety or Critical works to the relevant authorities with emphasis on the Care Inspectorate. Able to provide training and advice to the operations team and nursery management to enable them to understand and uphold the company policies and legal duties. Ability to undertake audits in the Day Nurseries, observe staff practice and completion of documentation in line with our policies and procedures Ability and knowledge to monitor all critical / serious incidents and report to regulatory bodies as necessary. Ability to liaise with managers to ensure they have identified the cause, areas for improvement and prevention controls. Ability to review, advise and implement suitable risk assessments in line to ensure legal requirements are being met for and managed effectively for OCare Inspectorate compliance To Monitor regulatory visit reports, accidents, incidents, and complaints relating to food and safety Full and clean Driving Licence and car Able to manage own diary Able to manage multi sites
