Regional Consumer Marketing Manager - North

The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning managing and optimizing upperand midfunnel marketing communications and event marketing activities for all of Masimo Consumers brands Denon Bowers &#x Wilkins Marantz Polk and the new to launch Stork babyportfolio

The Regional Marketing Manager will work crossfunctionally with Brand Creative Services and our outside agencies to develop and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns tailormade for the unique audiences of Masimo Consumers products They will have oversight over Digital Social PR/Comms and Consumer Event activities and will use their expertise in these executions to determine the appropriate marketing mix for each campaign They will be responsible and accountable for aligning with the Brand teams on the KPIs for each campaign and driving to KPI and budget targets They will also be responsible and accountable for execution of new product introduction (NPI) PR/communications strategy within the region The North regional focus is on the Benelux and UK

** Needed to be in London or Surrounding areas

• Implement omnichannel marketing campaigns across all consumer touch points including but not limited to Digital Social PR/Comms Events
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing organizations on campaign strategy KPIs and budget tracking Optimize campaigns on the fly to maximize ROI/KPI attainment and manage to budget
• Own relationship with Masimo Consumer digital marketing agencies Manage annual program and briefing/execution of digital campaigns for multiple brands
• With the support of a PR/Media manager ensure ontime and ontarget execution of digital marketing campaigns
• With the support of a PR/Media manager oversee agency relationships for PR/Comms and Events in the Benelux and UK region
• Support proper execution of Marketing and Communications strategy for new product introductions (NPIs) including announcement and reviews strategy
• Lead the annual budgeting process for Consumer Marketing PR and Comms in the Benelux and UK
• Lead execution of PR/Comms strategies in the Benelux and UK to drive product sales reach existing and new markets
• Develop and lead consumer events strategy in the region including popup executions influencer outreach and product launch events

• Bachelors degree or higher (area of study in Business Management or Marketing preferred)
• Minimum years pertinent work experience in marketing activity management for consumer products
• Track record of excellence in executing and optimizing digital/social marketing campaigns
• Prior experience developing and executing consumer/influencer facing events such as product launch events influencer engagements and popups
• Prior public relations and communications experience including product announcements product seeding and influencer/media engagement
• Prior experience leading contract/agency teams
• Extremely strong written and oral communication skills Demonstrated track record of success in communicating complex concepts to a broad range of stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills Demonstrated track record of being able to manage and prioritize multiple projects for completion based on business need and deadlines Ability to work proactively to ensure that deadlines and milestones are met
• Strong analytical skills Can create custom reporting to support the business
• Prior experience with the Consumer Electronics industry a plus
• Willingness to travel within the region frequently
• Languages English potentially also Dutch and French
