Requirement:
- Build the foundation for CUSTOMER going forward in S2PO that can also be used by I2P (invoice 2 pay) to migrate over from CSM
- Unified Internal Facing Portal for end users into P2P
- Basic Access Management
- Taxonomy
- Case Management starting with what currently goes into the Procurement Ops team for purchase orders & what the I2P team currently has deployed
- With auto notifications to both agents & requesters
- Task & Workflow Management
- Reporting & Dashboards: Start with initial basic dashboards and build out from there
- Knowledge Management: Starting with handful of knowledge articles and we can built out from there
- Initial Data Model with core required data
- Basic request assignment routing
- Configuration support as budget supports
