Job Summary
As a liaison between departments, the Project Administrator bridges communication gaps and assists in the day-to-day operations of the teams and their projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination:
- Email management
- Schedule management
- Virtual meeting setup and preparation
- Travel arrangements
- Provide daily administrative support to team
- Project administration:
- Manage Supervisors’ schedules
- Liaison with Accounting Department / Contracts - Budget management
- Project status reports
- Client project lists
- Monthly team projection reports
- Team timecard review
- Contracts:
- Provide support to internal Contracts Team
- Assist with internal review of contracts
- Review and finalize documents for distribution
- Update internal project tracking system and budget software
- Communication:
- Client emails
- Internal emails
- Engage with and support other administrators as a team
Desired skills and experience:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Organized and good with follow-through
- Ability to assess and reprioritize needs as they arise
- Personable and engaging
- Up for a challenge – no task is too big or too small
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bluebeam, PlanGrid and Procore is a plus but not required
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm in office (no remote work option available)
