Remote Aviation Flight Coordinating Specialist

The Aviation Flight Coordinating Specialist is a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of flight operations to ensure safe, efficient, and smooth flights. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that flights adhere to schedules, regulations, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flight Planning: Collaborate with flight crews, air traffic controllers, and other relevant personnel to plan and prepare flight schedules, routes, and fuel requirements.
  

• Scheduling and Dispatch: Coordinate and schedule aircraft departures, arrivals, and turnarounds, considering factors such as aircraft availability and passenger demands.
  

• Weather Monitoring: Monitor weather conditions and forecasts to assess their impact on flight operations and make necessary adjustments to routes and schedules.
  

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, airline and TSA policies, and safety standards in all flight-related activities.
  

• Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between clients, Airline personnel, and suppliers to relay vital information and facilitate smooth traveling flight operations.
  

• Flight Data Management: Maintain accurate records of flight data, including departure and arrival times, and any deviations from the original plan.
  

• Passenger Services: Coordinate passenger services, such as boarding, deplaning, and baggage handling, to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  

• Emergency Planning: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, for various contingencies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must Be at least 18 YOA
  

• Must have legal authorization to work in the USA.
  

• Experience in Aviation Management, Airline Operations, or a related field is a plus
  

• Relevant coordination in aviation operations, or flight coordination are advantageous.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  

• Proficiency in flight planning software and weather monitoring tools is a plus.
  

• Experience in aviation coordination, flight dispatch, or related roles is desirable.
  

• Detail-oriented and capable of making critical decisions quickly and accurately.
  

• Commitment to ensuring the highest levels of safety and knowledge in flight operations and coordination.
