The Aviation Flight Coordinating Specialist is a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of flight operations to ensure safe, efficient, and smooth flights. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that flights adhere to schedules, regulations, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Flight Planning: Collaborate with flight crews, air traffic controllers, and other relevant personnel to plan and prepare flight schedules, routes, and fuel requirements.
Scheduling and Dispatch: Coordinate and schedule aircraft departures, arrivals, and turnarounds, considering factors such as aircraft availability and passenger demands.
Weather Monitoring: Monitor weather conditions and forecasts to assess their impact on flight operations and make necessary adjustments to routes and schedules.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, airline and TSA policies, and safety standards in all flight-related activities.
Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between clients, Airline personnel, and suppliers to relay vital information and facilitate smooth traveling flight operations.
Flight Data Management: Maintain accurate records of flight data, including departure and arrival times, and any deviations from the original plan.
Passenger Services: Coordinate passenger services, such as boarding, deplaning, and baggage handling, to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Emergency Planning: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, for various contingencies.

Qualifications:
Must Be at least 18 YOA
Must have legal authorization to work in the USA.
Experience in Aviation Management, Airline Operations, or a related field is a plus
Relevant coordination in aviation operations, or flight coordination are advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in flight planning software and weather monitoring tools is a plus.
Experience in aviation coordination, flight dispatch, or related roles is desirable.
Detail-oriented and capable of making critical decisions quickly and accurately.
Commitment to ensuring the highest levels of safety and knowledge in flight operations and coordination.
