The role offers a hybrid working model 

It is a month contract with an option to go permanent


Coders Connect is partnering with a cutting edge platform for users to create and use AI voice models to manipulate voices Users can create voice models and share them on the platform which can be used to change the voice on input audio to the voice in the trained model The platform is commonly used for entertainment & music related use cases such as replacing the voice on music

Seeking a dynamic and innovative Research Engineer to join our growing team As a Research Engineer you will play a pivotal role in advancing our platform through cuttingedge research and development Collaborating with a team of talented engineers researchers and product managers you will contribute to shaping the future of voice technology



Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to advance the field of voice technology and audio applications

  • Design and implement machine learning algorithms for various audio applications including speech recognition and music information retrieval

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate research findings into the Voicify platform

  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning audio processing and related fields

  • Contribute to patent applications and academic publications as appropriate




Requirements

Essentials

  • Previous experience working in fast pace environment ideally a startup or scaleup

  • Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field

  • Strong background in machine learning with a focus on audio applications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

  • Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities


Desirable

  • Previous experience in voice technology or related fields

  • Familiarity with music information retrieval (MIR) techniques

  • Publications in toptier conferences or journals

  • Experience with audio synthesis and analysis techniques
