Project Co-ordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Coordinator to join our team in the role of Network Services Project Coordinator The ideal candidate will have a background in the Telecom and Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry with a strong understanding of lastmile delivery customer and vendor coordination project tracking and reporting The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of network service projects timely delivery and effective communication among various stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

**Last Mile Delivery Management**

   Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient last mile delivery of network services to end customers

   Monitor delivery schedules track progress and proactively address any delays or obstacles that could impact project timelines

**Customer and Vendor Coordination**

   Serve as the main point of contact for customers vendors and internal teams regarding project updates requirements and issue resolution

   Facilitate effective communication between customers vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution

**Project Tracking and Reporting**

   Establish and maintain detailed project plans including tasks milestones timelines and resource allocation

   Regularly update and maintain project tracking tools to ensure accurate reporting of project status risks and key performance indicators (KPIs)

**Timely Delivery Assurance**

   Implement strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards

   Identify potential bottlenecks or challenges and work collaboratively to mitigate risks to project timelines

**Stakeholder Communication**

   Communicate project progress updates and potential issues to stakeholders including senior management clients vendors and internal teams

   Provide clear and concise reports presentations and documentation as needed

**Quality Control and Assurance**

   Ensure that all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and specifications

   Coordinate with technical teams to conduct quality checks and testing where necessary

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  
• Indepth knowledge of network services lastmile delivery and ISP operations
  
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  
• Experience in project management from conception to delivery
  
• Experience ( years) as a Project Coordinator or similar role within the Telecom and ISP industry
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers effectively vendors and internal teams
  
• Proficiency in project management and tracking and reporting
  
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts schedules and stepbystep action plans
  
• Problemsolving skills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise during project execution
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
  
• Detailoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality results
  
• Solid organizational skills including multitasking and timemanagement
  
• Strong clientfacing and teamwork skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  
• Handson experience with project management and delivery

Technical Skills: Proven hands-on network engineering and customer support experience Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software like ( Zoho, Zendesk, or similar) Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) Support in -Routing, Switching, IP Protocol, VLAN, LAN, WAN, MPLS, ILL, Broadband,4G/5G.technical & non-technical work Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role Behavioural Skills: Technical educational background - Graduation Proven working experience as a network engineer. Excellent client-facing , problem Solving and internal communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Qualifications: Graduates/ Postgraduates from IT background preferred Experience: 0 to 3 Years Certification: must have CCNA certified.SDWAN certification is optional & added advantages CCNA Trained can apply too.
